PFT.com reports that the Chargers have come to terms with 5th round pick Brandon Hughes: The Chargers have signed cornerback Brandon Hughes. Hughes, a fifth-round draft pick from Oregon State, has signed a four-year deal. The Chargers have seven unsigned draft picks, including first-round defensive end/linebacker Larry English.
