I have no problem understanding why the Bolts want him ready at multiple positions -- he is what one may call a blue-collar old-school football player. His speed is surprising, he has great hands, he has a very high football IQ, and when you tell him we need 8 yards or we will have to punt, he will get you 8 yards. Also would like to mention what also had a roll with this draft and that's Chambers, Weddle and Oliver. That ended up being a huge factor for an immediate impact last year and an upgrade to the team. I think that with the pick up of Paul Oliver in last year's compensation draft we covered and probably improved from Florence leaving.
