Former Saints cornerback Johnny Patrick wasn’t without a team very long after the Saints waived him Tuesday as the Chargers claimed Patrick on Wednesday.
“San Diego thanks for the opportunity I am ready to get back to work….,” Patrick said on Twitter.
The Saints selected Patrick with in the third round of the 2011 draft, but Patrick struggled to make it up the depth chart during his two seasons with the Saints.
Patrick compiled 30 total tackles and two pass defenses during his two seasons in New Orleans.
