OT McNeill Recovering Nicely After Offseason Knee Surgery

National Football Post reports that Chargers OT Marcus McNeill has recovered after having offseason surgery on his knee.

Chargers offensive tackle Marcus McNeill has mended following minor offseason surgery on his knee that he underwent in February. McNeill told Sirius XM NFL Radio that he has made a complete recovery.

Last year, McNeill signed a five-year, $48.5 million contract that includes nearly $24.5 million in guaranteed money. “Marcus is a extremely talented player,” general manager A.J. Smith said last fall. “We look forward to him being an integral part of our offensive line for years to come.”

A two-time Pro Bowl selection, the left tackle was added to the active roster after missing three weeks on the roster exempt list after reporting and signing is restricted tender.
