Chargers Players to Help Raise Money for the Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation

The Chargers official site reports that the team will be raising money for the Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation:

Nick Hardwick, Kris Dielman, Jeromey Clary and Scott Mruczkowski will be among Chargers offensive linemen serving as celebrity bartenders Tuesday afternoon at Fleetwood in downtown San Diego.

All proceeds from the event will benefit the Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation, which provides scholarships, bonds and special medical assistance for the families of marines and federal law enforcement personnel who are killed in the line of duty.

In addition to raising funds Tuesday, several offensive lineman have committed to help the Foundation throughout the season. Members of the offensive line will individually donate $100 to the Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation for each rushing touchdown the Chargers score this season.

Fleetwood is located at 639 K Street, and the special event will take place from 4-7 PM.
