Bolts Sign Punt Returner Mark Jones to One-Year Deal

Former Buccaneer Mark Jones has signed a one-year deal with the Chargers.  He is listed as a wide out, but has only been a punt returner during his time in the NFL.  He spent the last three years with Tampa Bay, and last year returned 12 punts for 143 yards before his season ended in October with a knee injury.  In his career, he has 117 returns for 1017 yards, an average of 8.7 yards per return.
