The Chargers have signed offensive lineman Scott Mruczkowski to a new three-year contract. The pact will keep him in a Bolts uniform through the 2010 season. Mruczkowski, who was scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent on Thursday, played in all 16 games with San Diego last season. The 25-year-old has played in 29 career games since being drafted by the Bolts in the seventh round of the 2005 draft.
