As the Chargers prepare for Sunday’s AFC wild card playoff game with the Tennessee Titans, they announced Wednesday that defensive tackle Jamal Williams will be on the active roster.  Williams missed the last two games of the regular season with a hip injury.  Head coach Norv Turner says Williams could probably have played the final game in Oakland, but he decided to give him an additional week for recovery.  Sunday’s game gets underway at 1:30 at Qualcomm Stadium.
