The Chargers host Baltimore Sunday at Qualcomm Stadium.  Under first-year coach Norv Turner, San Diego is a disappointing 5-5 and is coming off last weekend’s loss to Jacksonville.  “The Bolts” are tied for first with Denver in the AFC West.  Last year, the Chargers won the division with a record of 14-2.  The Ravens are 4-6 and are coming off last Sunday’s 33-30 thrilling overtime victory over Cleveland.
