The Chargers host Houston Sunday in San Diego.  Norv Turner’s team is tied with Denver for second place in the AFC West with a season record of 3-3.  The Bolts return to action following a bye week.  As for the Texans, they lost to Tennessee Sunday, 38-36.  Titans place kicker Rob Bironas set an NFL record by kicking eight field goals in that game.  Houston is in last place in the AFC South with a 3-and-4 record.  The Chargers will conduct practice this week in Phoenix due to fires buring in San Diego County.
